'AI summaries of main issues' goes live

Please send feedback on our new AI system, designed to summarise the MAIN ISSUES in an appeal.

After much testing, we decided appeal summaries as such are not that helpful. You can easily use your own favourite AI summariser to do that. Rather, the most useful aspect of AI in this context is to help you decide whether or not to download an appeal in the first place. Hence the summary of the MAIN ISSUES in an appeal.
