Easily check your LPA's performance on planning appeals for 2025/26 and the previous years using the 3 tables below (to distinguish them, the year ending 31st March 2026 has orange columns, the year ending 31st March 2025 has blue headings and the year ending March 2024 has green headings).

When interpreting your LPA’s figures, bear in mind it will reflect the year's mix of developments for that local planning authority. The larger the number of appeals decided, the more useful the statistics are in building a picture of the LPA's likelihood of success.
